Following 10 years as an employment lawyer for a large London law firm, Kerry decided to branch out into bespoke employment and HR consultancy services in early 2017.

With the growth of the gig economy and an increasing number of her peers starting their own business, Kerry realised there is a niche requirement for small business employment and HR support.

Clients in her former life included investment banks, a Premiership football club and an international talent agency. Kerry now relishes the ability to put her previous commercial experience to good use for smaller employers.

The thorny employment issues facing employers are the same the UK over, whether encountered by a nationwide business, or a start-up. Kerry is passionate about providing commercial and practical solutions that allow employers to get the business flying.

Employees often also need somewhere to turn. Navigating the complex web of family-friendly rights can be particularly tricky, for example. While leaving an existing job, or signing up to a new contract, can also pose various problems. Law firms have their role, but can often be daunting, with prohibitive fees.
